A tribute from Benny Jones:
"Frank was a well liked and respected Headmaster of the school from 1974 to 1988. Personally I found him a trailblazer in developing Boarding education and was a man well liked by the pupil body because of his humanity and caring. He also served as secretary of the BSA for some years with a much wider interest in Boarding matters. His foresight turned turned a place that was Dickensian and draconian into an institution that became increasingly human, child-centred and generally happy."
The funeral service was held at Blacon Crematorium in Chester on 18th August. Our thoughts are with Frank's wife Joyce, and his family.
